'Mexico to read', a call against ignorance !!

With a call to reinvent the country through reading, started reading the day today massive 'Mexico to read' at the Monument to the Revolution, which brought together writers, artists, athletes, businessmen and civil society.
In the event, the local secretary of Education, Mario Officer, urged to 'make poverty and ignorance of our towns, neighborhoods and cities.
We have to take violence in public places and stuff like today's books, readers and dreamers. "
For city government official, 'we must think differently in our country, we must read to feed our critical spirit', hence the call to society, to undertake a revolution, an education that will make us a generation to read
, write, think and dream about a different country.
He recalled that the younger generation plays them realize the dream of José Vasconcelos, 'they asked why Vasconcelos send a print to the classics if Mexicans can not read, and he answered, because someday they will learn to read, now
for us to fulfill that dream. "
Delgado added that from this Sunday each colony, district and village in the capital will have a book club, thus sowing seeds around 800 thousand people to have access to books.
With this action, he said, it seeks to make the metropolis the first city where every neighborhood has a book club in order to strengthen coexistence, from reading.
A literary journey attended the coordinator of Cultural de la UNAM, Sealtiel Alatriste, who shared with people the importance it has had on his life reading.
He said much of his life passed writing, novels, essays and other genres, but what else has done is to read, since childhood, said his father, who wrote stories he lent his writing, though what he enjoys most in that
time were the drawings.
Do not write literature but revive the readings, whether experiences, stories, triumphs, joys and sorrows.
At the time Mexico's Read! was also attended by artists such as Carmen Salinas, Luis Felipe Tovar, Victor Estrada, Sherlin, Alan Estrada, Pedro Sicard, Tatiana, Rocco, Maldita Vecindad and Ariel López Padilla, etc.

I think that the habit of reading is undoubtedly the key to success, so it creates a more civilized culture, today it is essential to create the habit of reading in children, it is at that stage where they can start fall in love with this habit so fruitful.
